Yes. You can start a free trial, connect your database server, and see how Releem turns database telemetry into recommendations before choosing the right plan. A payment method may be required to start the trial, but you can cancel before the trial ends at any time.
Starter is built for one production database server. It includes configuration tuning, monitoring, query analytics, SQL query optimization, index and schema recommendations, security checks, process list visibility, deadlock detection, user invites, three months of metric history, and email support.
A “database server” refers to a single MySQL, MariaDB, Percona or PostgreSQL server that is monitored and optimized by the Releem Agent. A standalone server, Docker container, or managed database such as AWS RDS can count as one database server when Releem monitors it as a separate instance.
Starter includes one database server. If you need to monitor and optimize multiple servers, choose Scale or upgrade in the app. Scale includes up to five database servers, with additional servers available at the published add-on price.
Choose Scale if your team manages several production databases, needs help prioritizing issues across a small fleet, or wants stronger support and consultation. Scale is the better fit when Releem is part of an ongoing database operations workflow, not a one-server evaluation.
Hosting is designed for hosting providers, MSPs, and platform teams that need fleet-level monitoring economics across many customer or service databases. It has a different feature package from Scale, including no SQL Query Optimization. If you are not a hosting provider, Scale is usually the right multi-server plan.
Yes. Business plans are available for larger deployments, custom invoicing, data-location requirements, SLA needs, premium support, and implementation help. Contact us if your database estate, procurement process, or security requirements do not fit the public plans.
Releem is production-ready for MySQL, MariaDB, and Percona Server. PostgreSQL support is available for selected validation paths. You can contact us so we can confirm fit before you choose a plan.
Releem is designed for production database operations. The Releem Agent is open source, does not require opening inbound ports, and sends metrics to the Releem Cloud Platform over HTTPS. Releem uses collected metrics to identify issues and recommend changes; it does not collect table contents.
The agent collects system and database telemetry needed for analysis: memory, CPU and disk usage, MySQL variables and status, database size statistics, schema and index metadata, and query performance statistics from performance_schema. Query data is used for performance analysis and is handled with placeholders where supported.
No. Releem does not apply configuration changes without your approval. You can review the recommendation, compare it with your current configuration, and decide when to apply it. If your team wants automation, you can set up controlled apply flows for an approved maintenance window.
Releem recommendations are based on your database telemetry, workload signals, configuration, and observed performance patterns. AI can help explain the rationale behind a recommendation, but production changes should remain evidence-backed, reviewable, and approved by your team.
Current public plans include three months of metric history. Business plans can include longer retention and custom requirements. Confirm your retention needs with us if history depth is important for audits, incident review, or long-term trend analysis.
