Releem Agent collects a variety of data to provide optimal service. This includes the following information:

• System metrics such as CPU, RAM, and Disk usage.
• MySQL metrics such as Status and Variables.
• Metadata on tables and indexes.
• Statistics related to storage engines.
• Information on queries from performance_schema.

We use HTTPS to transfer metrics.
Releem Agent is open-source and can be reviewed to ensure it meets your security requirements.

You can start using Releem for free and improve performance with limited MySQL settings in recommended configuration.

However, if you want to get our best recommendation you will need to upgrade to our Premium plan.

Releem Score is a metric based on Best Practises developed by Releem and designed to classify how well a MySQL configuration is performing. The Releem Score can be accessed at any time via the Releem Customer Portal, on the metrics page.

You'll receive your first set of recommended configurations within 24 hours of adding your server to Releem.

Releem continuously searches for opportunities to improve your MySQL performance. Whenever our system identifies a viable hypothesis, we'll generate a new set of recommendations and notify you. The frequency of new recommendations depends on your server's unique performance patterns and workload.

No. There are no hard limits on the number of servers you can have in your Releem account. For those with more than 4 servers we have special plans. Do reach out to us for more details.

Rest assured, Releem does not automatically implement any configurations without your explicit action. Configurations are applied only when you choose to hit the "Apply Now" button or execute a specific SSH command. Before making any changes, you have the opportunity to review and compare the proposed configurations with your current settings.

Additionally, for those who prefer, there's an option to automate the application of configurations during maintenance window by setting up a dedicated cron job.

You have the option to include your business address and VAT identification on the payment page while upgrading. Additionally, you can access any of your past invoices and select the Add Address & VAT Number link to accomplish this.

Our payment service Paddle automatically emails you an invoice after each transaction. You can click on a link in this email to get your invoice.
