Queries based plans that match your growth

Releem counts the number of normalized SQL queries (digests) sent from your servers.
Each server sends a list of unique queries every 10 minutes. Similar queries are grouped together (normalized), and we count these digests.
At the end of the month, we total the digests from all your servers to determine your usage and pricing tier.

You will never be charged extra for an occasional queries spike. We will never stop counting your stats because of an occasional queries spike. There are no surprise fees, and your card will never be charged unexpectedly.

Suppose new higher query levels become your new standard, and your page views exceed your subscription plan for two consecutive months. In that case, we will contact you and ask you to upgrade your subscription plan to accommodate your new query levels using our self-serve platform.

To maintain access to your stats, you will need to upgrade your account to accommodate your new query levels. If you do not upgrade your account within a week, our automated system will lock the stats, making them inaccessible. Your stats will be automatically unlocked once you upgrade to the appropriate tier or if your usage falls back within your subscription limits.

Releem Agent gathers MySQL metrics, SQL digests and system data, then transfers them to the Releem Cloud Platform. There, the data is analyzed and used to deliver actionable insights to improve performance.

Security is our top priority. Releem Agent does not collect any user data.

The Releem agent is open-source and does not require opening ports.

The Releem agent collects the following data:
- Memory, CPU, and disk usage statistics
- MySQL system variables & status information
- Data size statistics from information_schema
- Table & schema names (but not actual table content)
- Table structure details, indexes, and usage statistics for schema optimization
- Query execution statistics with placeholders from performance_schema, including execution counts, average execution time, query example, and EXPLAIN plans for the top queries

We use HTTPS to transfer metrics.

Rest assured, Releem does not automatically implement any configurations without your explicit action. Configurations are applied only when you choose to hit the "Apply Now" button or execute a specific SSH command. Before making any changes, you have the opportunity to review and compare the proposed configurations with your current settings.

Additionally, for those who prefer, there's an option to automate the application of configurations during maintenance window by setting up a dedicated cron job.

Releem supports the following databases: MySQL, MariaDB or Percona. Agent can be installed in automatic mode (a single line instalation in the terminal) or manually. Installation options in Docker or on AWS RDS are also available.

No. There are no hard limits on the number of servers you can have in your Releem account. For those with more than 4 servers we have special plans. Do reach out to us for more details.
